This is very easy, simply click on the "add to basket" button, next to the item required, whereupon it will be added to your shopping cart. Once you have completed your order, use the "checkout" button, where you wil be directed to PAYPAL. Paypal is a secure and easy way pf paying without disclosing your credit or debit card details directly to me.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to pay by some other means, such as cheque or postal order, please email me with details of the item(s) you require, and I will email you an invoice. If you prefer, you could copy and paste the details onto your email. The goods will be despatched on receipt and clearance of your payment.

I want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase, but if not, please contact me first to see if any problems can be rectified. Otherwise, please return the item within 7 days for a full refund of the item. I am sorry but I cannot refund the cost of any postage.


DO I ACCEPT COMMISSIONED ORDERS?

Sometimes, yes. Depending on what you want and provided I either have, or can easily obtain the beads, stones or silverware. However, I charge a non-refundable deposit of £10 for this service if you have nor purchased from me previously.
